Not just the back window, have seen them using the side window when parked up on motorway bridges etc.

I think she will be ok, the van was facing her and she slowed right down before she got near it.

Fingers crossed!

By which time it's too late. They usually see you before you see them and they have a good range.

The laser is good for 1000m but the optics aren't. Operational range is no more than 400m and typically sub 200m

Not sure this is strictly true my little namesake buddy, they can pretty much take as long as they want to send it through

Wait until the NIP arrives then pay up....why do people always wriggle out of it when they know they've been caught fair and square....
Next time someone burgles your house i'll be sure to recommend them a website that might get them off a charge and let them keep your DVD player too!!!

because those people who burgle your house do and can get out of it on a technicality, so some of us should as well

but 50 in a 30 is too fast, so luke your girlfriend needs to be spanked

I think she`ll be fine mate if it was facing her. It`s very unlikely that the camera will be facing forward.

As others have said, they`re usually pointing out of the back, or the side of the vehicle, with the doors open, or at least a window open.

They have to post it within 14 days. Provided it is posted it has been served and that is all they have to show. If you don't receive it you have to proof that you never received it.

14 day's is the max, they can take longer if it is for a company car, as it can
take longer to identify the ownner.
