Default De-restriction? Help!!

Can any one help?

I have recently purchased a STi version 2 import, its a N reg 1996.

the thing is its restricted to jap rules of 112mph, and the speedo tops off at 120.

I would like to know where i would be able to get it de-restricted, an where would i be able to get a speedo to match new top speed?

I saw one at japshow this weekend but unfortunatly the owner wasn't around to chat too?

Cheers for any help

Youll need a new 180MPH speedo facia and a cable convertor (a 1.6:1 drop gear) for the speedo cable. The restriction cant be removed, it is simply moved to 180MPH from 180KPH. You car hasnt been converted, its just had a new speedometer facia fitted which reads in MPH, hence the 180KPM/112MPH limit remaining.
