Help with a few queries!!!

Can anyone tell me, which coolant i should be using on a mildly modded 2000 STi Type RA? I've been looking at the ProCool stuff from Silkolene. Is this any good?
Secondly my car is coming upto its 30,000 mile service. Can anyone recommend me a reliable and honest Subaru dealership or a Subaru approved garage that can carry out this 30,000 mile service? I am based in Coventry.
And finally...does anyone have a comprehensive list of the what is done on the 30,000 mile service?
