Bought this today, not bad for a first effort i thought. editor makes it clear it will NOT be along the Max Power lines i.e and i quote

"We won't be pimping our buff and ting rides and won't have gangsta rah-paaahs, nudie laydeees or daft 20 inch spinners"

fair play to them, has anyone else procured said mag and if so what do they think?

cheers

Anyone else read this mag yet?

Personally I love it, shame about the speeding up and slowing down "special effects" on the drift part of the free DVD, but the magazine in general seems superb, and the tech section seems particularly well read.

The 8second scoobys and the Tsukuba Super Battle were also awesome

Cant wait for next issue

Alright chaps!

I could've swore I did a post about the mag on Monday night, but can't do a search to check!

Yes, there's no boobies, spinners, bling, swearing or anything for anyone under 17

There is however, lots of tech, lots of tests, and some top photography (Fair enough, I'm slightly biased!) - oh, and a free DVD.

Let me know what you think!

Cheers,

Steve C

I've bought the mag, like it very much. Seems to be a refreshing change from the other available jap mags, and I love the general design of the layouts etc. Hopefully it will stay around for a while and get a worthwhile circulation going. Hopefully will live up to its promise of being more techincal with less 'bling'.
