Ummm..a whole week? Centreparcs are great, the swimming facilities absolutely rule.
Eurodisney is also good, though expensive and food is terrible.
Down towards Bristol area you could cover Longleat/Cheddar/Wookey Hole which are all great fun...the Longleat Centreparcs lets you do all that from a good base of course.
Remeber that they get tired quickly at 3, go from full-on to asleep in your arms in seconds..

Legoland is also very cool for kids, and is near Chessington World of Adventures so you can do other things during the week (plus a visit to London Zoo or the Aquarium or musuems if you are within striking distance of London)

Mine loved Lego Land at that sort of age too. Strangely though, whilst they love Disney stuff, neither has ever expressed any interest in EuroDisney etc.
IMO, at that age they find most things fun if they're new and different, although I suspect a 3 year old would be unlikely to enjoy the Eden Project.

Euro disney would be brill but what you have to ask yourself, would the "Are we there yet?" every 20 miles....700miles later.... is it worth it. Took mine to Florida twice, too busy having fun to notice if they did
Travelling isn't fun for them, so would be far happier going 20 than 2000miles. Only the Parents appreciate the enormity of getting the "There"
Mine at that age, were Happy doing anything new, in wind and rain making sandcastles on the beach far harder to please @ 8-24yrs
"Centerparks" & "Bultlin" Camps type are great fun, don't be put off by it being cheesy Kids absoulutely love it and very well entertain and so are the weary Parents the Acomedation can be very good.
