Post NEC Motor Show

Is the motor show on in June this year rather than it's usual October / November-ish time?

Hi Everybody!

Slight highjacking of topic here but....

I went to the motorshow last year. The parking was expenisve and the tickets were just stupidly expensive.

After I came out I felt I had paid to visit a car showroom and an overcrowded one at that.

You could not get near any of the nice motors.

A friend of mine even had to queue up to look at a Volvo FFS!

I won't be going again.

Am I a grumpy git or does anyone else feel the same way?

Cheers!

ps. I did get to sit in a nice Evo though

28th May to 6th June, IIRC it's a bank holiday week and probably a school holiday. I can never understand why all these car companies want to exhibit their products to people too young to drive. Or is it a bid to get the maximum number of people through the turnstiles, while detering the true car enthusiast
