Caught in 2 minds, money available for engine rebuild for 500 brake + (read expensive) but lure of motorbike is proving a bit too tempting. What would you do???

Ive got a 320 bhp 94 RA on a quaiffe set up, frightens the S---t out of me. 0-60 in JUST over 4 sec's top end about 130 ish, get's there like theres no tomorrow.

Just swapped a Blade for an Astra Cab, just until the summer. wrong move for the winter you may say, which I would agree. However the Cab is worth a great deal more than the bike was & even more in the summer.

Forget the bike, i've lost a friend in a bike crash and seen a few accidents (not due to speed may i add) far too dangerous on our busy roads

Mod the car and enjoy relative safety

Speaking from experience of riding bikes for well over 20 years, I remain to believe that a big percentage of bike accidents are down to the rider.
Yes people pull out in front of bikes, which will always happen. Ive lost a few friends through bike smashes & it was'nt always the other vehicle.

The above comment goes down like a lead balloon with most bikers, but its a fact.
