I did a 360 last night

... on a motorway sliproad.
Going round a left hand corner in the left lane with no-one else about, I noticed a wet-looking patch in the road. Just as I was thinking "that could be water... or oil..." the car did at least a 360. There was no screaching of tyres, just a sliding noise as I prepared for a bang. When I stopped I was pointing in roughly the same direction, in the same lane. I had clutched, so I engaged first and drove a little further before stopping on the hard shoulder. The smell of diesel was very strong inside the car, and even when I got home the wheel-arches still smelled of diesel.
Expect the unexpected!

Lucky or what, but u shld have phones the sonics... could have saved a biker. losing your life becouse some numpty wagon driver did'nt fit the fuel cap correctly is a bit raw!
