40K miles and 4th clutch.....is it just me??

Okay ive got an MY02 BugEye WRX, fairly standard, do about 25K miles per year, mainly motorway / cross-country A-roads. Not too agressive at launch (sorry, when I 'pull away'...)
Just about to have my 4th clutch & flywheel fitted (all on the warranty).
I know there was a manufacturing problem with the clutch, but 4???
Anyone else had this problem???
