Anyone used these guys to tune their Scooby ? Just spoken to Pete at Scoobysport and for £2K reckons I'll get 285bhp and 270 + bls torque by fitting a full decat and an Ecutek remap (plus a dump valve as i fancy some flames from the exhaust!). Anyway has anyone had Pete do an Ecutek remap or fitted the scoobyspOrt exhaust to their car? would really , really, really appreciate your feedback fellas as i'm thinking of booking the car in for wednesday.

Cheers in advance.

Pete has done loads of work on my scooby (not a chip though) and I've always been very happy with the results

Do a search. I think you will find Pete and Scoobysport are more than qualified to work on your Scooby.
Scoobynet is full of satisfied Scoobysport customers.
Oh and he's a nice bloke.... What more do you want

This is in my opinion and I am not connected to them in any way.....
All the best
Pete

It's not Pete who maps them it is Pat, he is pure genius when it comes to ECU mapping.
Don't worry about a thing.

Pete's a nice straight forward sort of bloke
His work is good, and when he's finished it will (to quote the advert) do exactly what it says on the can

they dont have a rolling road though so I assume they the have a set formula for the remap, ie they know how it should look on a decated car If you want it remaped on the RR then take it to Power Engineering, they are the Originators of Ecutek and ofcourse have a rolling road

It's no good having a rolling road, only real time driving can produce the best results, and Pat sits in the passenger seat as you blast around basildon

Scoobysport were the original specialist tunners. Many others have copied. I use Scoobysport.

hardly??, yes theyve been there since the early days of scooby tarting, and I have used them myself for parts, but Id hardly call them the original tuners. If you want to see a proper workshop then go to somewhere like powerstation, then youll understand.

I have had my MY01 mapped my Pete and Pat and the results are great. See here for my full report http://www.scoobynet.co.uk/bbs/threa...hreadID=154678

The car is running fine and no problems. As said before - Pat is the man for mapping. He only needs paying in Cans of Coke and a Mars bar

Do it and don't look back.

Tim
