RIP...We will all be thinking of you today

I cany believe its be a year since the attrocities in New York.
My heart goes out to all the families and friends who lost loved ones on Sept 11th 2001.
If it wasn't for a lot of good people more would have lost their lives.
It breaks my heart to see all these people one year on trying to cope with loosing loved ones.
I will be thinking of you all

no - we need more. puts things into perspective. people sit at their computers throwing insults at each other and threatening violence over the old cossie v scooby debate. meanwhile people in the middle east are strapping explosives to their chest and walking into crowded shopping centres. for 1 day at least lets try to see the bigger picture. sorry if I seem to be getting on my soap box about this but today should be all about remembering the events of 1 year ago. these events have affected us all, it only remains to be seen just how much our own lives will be affected in the long term.

I think the point is that nobody will forget about this, 'cos it's been publicised to the point of lunacy. And anyone who saw the attacks last year is unlikely to forget.
I will be honouring the silence, but I really don't think everyone needs to stampede, sheep-like and sycophantically, to post to this (or any other) thread.
