Just seem an unmarked police impreza turbo on the M25 about Jct 8 in surrey.... pulled a bike on the hard shoulder...
It was a dark colour (couldn't really see under the lights) and had a low level spoiler.
Just to let you know

Norfolk have a dark red metallic scooby that's sometimes parked in my village. If you look closely you can see the blue lights hidden behind the front grill. Other than that it looks standard to me.

ed the dead,
Surrey police have a green unmarked T reg Impreza which is probably the one you saw. I would post the registration but it would get edited....
So look here instead.

I think it's safe to say people should assume *all* scoobs are an unmarked car until proven otherwise.
I remember a series on TV about some traffic cops up north (Manchester?) that drove around in an unmarked sapphire cossie - in civvies!!!

I had a lucky escape last week when the green unmarked scooby on the M1 in Leicester pulled a Merc Sprinter van that I was "making progress" with.
(I drive a Transit van by day!)
As we approached it from behind I saw the aerials and two white reflectors which were on the bootlid, which started alternate blue flashing when the Sprinter zoomed past him. Luckily I realised what it was and slowed...
phew !!

Skipton police have 3 marked scoobs and two unmarked, a DBM, v-reg and a silver,X reg.
I really don't see why we need them, nothing ever chuffing happens here! Still it is nice when you get to drive them like I do
