Hi there,
just wondered if any other Scoobynetters were going over to the `24 hour` race this weekend.
Looks as if Audi are pretty confident about repeating last years success, but should be a good year for the Brits with MG and Bentley putting in an appearance.
Maybe could meet up for a few beers, let me know,

Hi SCOOP I'm going, though not in a scooby I'm with a load of Triumph Stag Owners Club so only a slight chance of making it there

If u had said earlier than I would have been up for my Le Mans return..... I did 96 and 97 with my late father but since his death I havent been back
This is one of the best weeks away that you can possibly have including gendarme racing in his Honda V-tec on the Mulsanne straight and pulling 145mph passed Les Haunaudiers 
at 2 in the morning
As it stands its too late to change rotas at work but next year definately

I will be leaving on the thursday mornin with Ian Sutton and the engine killer arriving for the evenin practice and a shed load of largers.
We are going in EK's steed a Uk number with a few mods!

Sorry to hear that some of you cant make it.
Scoobyboy, hope you make it with the Stag, I took a Works Morgan in 1999, worst, most uncomfortable trip I`ve ever had to Le Mans, Good Luck m8.
This year I had the option to take a Dodge Viper (drool) Suggested it to my editor, who said no probs so long as I paid the fuel bill (****) can`t afford it.
Richard, wish I`d known you were interested, could have arranged something, next year eh!
Anyone who wants to meet up, drop me an email or give me a buzz on 07970 622 344, Sat night would be a good time.

We're going! 12 of us staying at the Normandy centre parcs for a week and up for the race this weekend. Look out for a silver MY95 (Magnex bb ) being chased by 106GTI, A3 1.8T and Celica.
Fantastic last year, loads of sccobs too. We spent most of the time at Arnage corner - look out for me 555 cap!

Leaving very early Thursday morning, catching ferry at Dover 7.00am. One DBM MY95 WRX, and one black Nissan 300ZX. We'll keep our eyes peeled for ya, have a good'un

Yup,
shall be going in a convoy of two silver K-plate WRXs, plus a load of other cars...which we will leave at Cherbourg! (The bikes will leave <I>us</I> behind though!)
Plan to catch morning ferry from Portsmouth on Thursday, and possibly have a few jars in Gace on the way down in the evening. Hope to head for the circuit on Friday afternoon, and then let the drinking commence!! Will hopefully also witness the antics on the public, err I mean private, road alongside the pit straight again this year!
