Default Squeaking Front Bushes

Hi all,

2007 STi. 97k miles
When it's been parked up overnight, or for a while, I get a fairly loud squeaking noise coming from the front footwell areas when I go over bumps. The NS has done it for a few years, but now the OS too I think.
The thing is, it stops after 2-3 miles (regardless of weather etc) Worse in the colder months I'd say.
I'm wondering if it's my front lower control arm bushes that are dried or perished. Can they be sprayed in place with anything that may quieten them down a bit? Maybe some silicone or WD40?

A main dealer lubricated something once, and it cured it instantly, but I don't know what they lubricated.

This or similar works, also the right lube for door locks and hinges.
Lithium grease

Do I just aim for both ends of the bushes?
I bet the undertray has to come off....

Ok so I've had a go...could only get to the front bush easily and the front side of the rear bush. Also front ARB bushes.
All I had was silicone spray and normal WD40....see how it goes...

Took the wheels off and sprayed some Bilt Hamber Atom Mac diluted to 5% around some various places too.

Well that was a total waste of time! Unless it's the NSF top mount?....can that be lubricated easily?
