Default Subaru 2000 turbo alarm

Hi, I have a subaru 2000 turbo (W REG) and the alarm keeps going off and the remote is not deactivating the alarm(so I cant start the car), the remote has a new battery therefore its not the remotes fault.
I've also tried to reset the car battery for 5 minutes but that hasnt solved the issue.
Any help is really appreciated.

Yeah it has sigma keypad alarm, but I don’t know the code. Where do you think I can find the code?

A long shot, but the previous owner(s) may have written it down. Have you checked the paperwork that came with the car? The manual would have contained a booklet about the alarm, but with my car, the code was actually on stickers which came in a plastic bag that said 'to be opened by dealer only' and had other security-related material.

subaru uk possibly , a sigma alarm dealer would be able to help too , key pad failure is quite common and can lead to the wrong codes being put in , pads for sale on ebay

if the alarm keeps going off then something is triggering it which is what you need to solve first. usually the sensor under the bonnet is main culprit.
