Ok so the mpg is a load of rubbish, but looks an honest car, more so than half of the dogs that get sold on this forum

He probably just mis-keyed the 4 in place of a 1.
Oh no, wait, it has a Forge dump valve. I know people who have had up to 60mpg after fitting one.
