Hi all

Seen this car, is anybody familiar with it. Also come with this gearbox security feature which keeps it looked in reverse which I have never seen before.

I am one of the mechanics at the garage who is selling this car but please don't think I'm doing the sales talk because I have absolutely no gain from it selling.
I checked this car over the other day, seems like a well looked after one, also has defi gauges a perrin front stut brace an hks ssqv dump valve (which i would personally remove)a sports cat and lightend red crank and power steering pulleys and some hella horns.
Drove well with no abnormal noises and feels quicker than a standard car.
The thing to lock it in reverse I have seen a few times over the years on imprezas I've not personally fitted one but my colleague has.

How much bhp is it pushing with the mods as I don't believe it has the PPP which is quite common.

Does it sound awful with the DV, my old sti didn't have one but I kinda liked it with out one as I heard DV can have negative effects of performance.

Wouldn't have a clue what the bhp is but I drive a prodrive 2.5 sti and it felt quicker than that.
I had a hks ssqv on mine and it made it run like crap and the revs would stay up between gear changes.

Ah OK so I assume this car has the same problem.

Didn't notice any problems, just personally not a fan of dump valves.

Hey would you say the car is running easily over 315 bhp if it's quicker than your 2.5 PPP sti

I spoke to your dealer and they don't have any dyno print out with the car.
