Default Quickest way to more power.

JDM 2.0 STI, standard other than:

ECUTEK Remap by Simon Roe (JGM)
Turbo back milltek with sports cat
Panel Filter
VF36/VF37 Twin Scroll (Not sure which one!)

RR at 350bhp.

Can the JDM take 400bhp safely and how to get there? Is this remap "tame"?

Cheers

Turbo and injectors and remap, you won't push the VF37 to 400bhp

It will be 37 as that's the twin scroll.
Jdm hawks are twin scroll cars

Thanks, i was aware they're twin scroll but the original sale ad by bodski a few years back listed it as VF36/VF37, wasnt aware vf36 isnt a twin scroll.

Appreciate you clearing that up!

Have a read of Shaun's thread in the projects section, that should tell you everything you need to know about what your car is capable of.

Might take a while though.

The spec c came with the vf36 which is a roller bearing version of the VF37 fitted to the regular jdm sti. You would need a sc42 twin scroll turbo bigger injectors and a remap to crack 400bhp
