Question Do I need a re-map?

What with all this pollution and smog?

I'm sure I could do with a re-map .... anyone know a man with det-cans?

I've heard about older folk and methane emmisions. Have you consider fitting a charcoal canister.

OMG................Where did you spring from?
Yes, of course you need a re-map - and another one once the pollution has cleared!
You also need to do an oil/filter change using Tesco value range oil, not forgetting to disconnect the crank sensor and flatten the battery on the starter otherwise the bearings will run after less than 50 miles.

I blame those people who think its a good idea to put oil in the wrong end of their vehicle.

I wouldn't have worried about it normally, it was my CockLink flashing red LED's at me that got me thinking.

I may change the Oil after the re-map ... just to make sure, and disconnect the camshaft sensor in case it accidentally starts and melts the seats.

JohnD - I've been around on NSR ... I only come in here when I want Technical advice.
