what was the car that raced the silver 911 carerra at the start of the film, it looked a little like a lancer to me?.. it should of beat him off the lights if it was!! maybe

Saw the film ages ago, but wasnt it a Mitsubishi Eclipse?
Could be wrong though because i cant even remember the part in the film, probably so bloody bored!.

It was a civic coupe, the 97 > model. It had the 1595cc sohc vtec
engine with a turbo conversion + exhaust, manifold, induction kit,
height adjustables etc etc. I read the spec of this car in a U.S
car mag a while back.
