Looks lovely but I assume it'll be fwd and the look of the front will be ruined by putting a huge UK reg plate in the middle of the grill.

That colour isn't the best. In black it will look great.

I'd imagine they'll offer the top models with 4motion as well as fwd.

It's certainly in keeping with the current VW designs........

I don't like the styling (or the colour)......

Mind you, I hate the new Civic.....

There seems to be a trend of all these "hatches" looking sh1te.........

Looks like a cross between the Audi Shooting Brake concept, and that new Volvo.

Original design anyone ?

Its almost exactly the same as the Audi TT shooting concept- indeed like everything else that VW does both will come out as mirrors of the other- just like just about every other VAG product. And of course all with the same engine, same suspension, steering, chassis etc. VAG have carried the idea of platform
sharing way way too far, it basically now like they only want to have 2-1/2 platforms, Golf/A3- TT-shooting- slight difference in that unibody is part aluminum, and nex gen A4/5/6/8. BOring boring boring boring.

I say bring back the bespoke specialist car: bring back modern bodied Lotus Excels, the Audi UrQs, the Delta Integrales, the BMW E30 M3s, 205 gti's.
