I HAD TO PAY £106.9 FOR BP ULTIMATE!!!!!!!!
Went to London to pick up my Navara Outlaw today in one of my Evo's as i thought it was an ideal opportunity to finish off running in her new engine. I started to run a little low on the Esso SUL i'd filled her up with in Blackwood at 97.9 a litre.......imagine my horror at Reading Services when i saw the B.P. Ultimate at £106.9 at litre f**king robbing b@stards!!!!!!!!
I went in to pay and laughed whilst saying to the cashier "Where's the boss? On his Caribbean island i bet" did i get an answer? did i f**k as the tw@t serving was a Polish Immigrant
GREAT BRITAIN.........WHAT'S GREAT ABOUT IT ANY MORE

Of course, if you get off the motorway for a minute or two, you'd find it a lot cheaper. According to petrolprices.com, you can buy super unleaded for 93.9 in Reading. Of course, if you prefer to stay on the motorway and moan about paying an extra £10 to fill your tank, don't let me stop you.

Ha...it was 107.9 for standard in Durness the other week! such a shame that the roads are so good. I averaged less than 20mpg up there in the vectra! I dread to think what the scoob will be like!

Rich, you are correct and i do apologise! Tony, slip of the finger....still in shock from my £20 worth of SUL taking my empty Evo from under the empty mark to just over a quarter of a tank
The problem with all of us is that we only whine about these prices and do nothing about it, i suppose that's the polite British way I'm just going to work flat out for the next few years then retire to Spain, far less immigrants and slightly cheaper petrol!

Is that not the normal cost of Ultimate?
I put £30 worth into the 205 yesterday at £1.05/litre, just assumed that was the std price as I haven't put any fuel in the car for 2 years
As for the comment from mattbeef about not using it, I have no choice in the 205, its mapped for high octane fuel, and Ultimate is the only one round these parts

Not too sure Carlos as i have my Daily Mail and Times delivered to my stately home (err.....bungalow, yes i am nearly 40 ) each day My point is our petrol shooting up in price each month and it's too expensive now!! Perhaps if we didn't have the insane influx of immigrants draining our resourses ie. schools, hospitals, benefit systems, houses, our country would be that much richer and possibly not have to @ss rape us all with more & more tax each year!!

What a numpty!
You think prices in Spain haven't gone up just as much in the same time?
Three years ago it was 0.80 euros/litre, it's now 1.48 (assuming you can understand what a decimal place is)
Anyway, carry on, your life seems so much better than mine

I think BP have a policy of charging more than anybody else. They seem to have stations that are in great locations and as a consequnce think they can charge what they like. £1.03 at my local BP! I put £5 in to take me to the Shell garage.
