Just saw this on the net.

Looks like the Maserati even more so.
In fact isn't the Maser based from the Enzo?
Ferrari said that, after a careful client order selection process, the first FXXs will be delivered by the end of this year. Applications to join the programme are being evaluated by a special in-house committee.

The funny thing is, Ferrari will consider applications for the pruchase of the car, then this is put to a commitee for review to see if you are worthy enough. It's not just a case of going down to the local Ferrari dealership, and saying "I'll have one of those in red please".
Can you imagine going down to Ford or Vauxhall, and the sales man saying "sorry mate, you can't buy this car, we will have to interview you to see if you are worthy enough".
Looking forward to seeing how it compares with the new Bugatti, Pagini, the current Enzo, and the Konissegg CCR.

This car is obviously aimed at the fluorishing market sector where the customers think the original Ferrari Enzo is not expensive or exclusive enough. And white stripes is sooo Renault Clio !

It's a track car, not road legal AFAIK.
Some pistonheader are saying that Ferrari have effectively got this car being tested by the owners who are paying for them too. Cheaper way of developing the cars.
