My mate has just brought a new sporty volvo and wants to know if there are any Volvo BBS sites..

Gorgeous

MY05 model, so slight facelift & extra gadgets ( ) getting 40mpg on a tight engine so happy there, its dead comfy, quiet etc. Just exactly what I need for commuting to work & back. Done about 500 miles in the last 3 days & got our first "family" trip this week-end up to Notts. For once I don't care how much crap my wife packs

Only 1 poss downside so far & that is that I've had a bad shoulder (old injury, flares up sometimes) & as it happened the day after I first drove it home, not sure yet as to whether bad seating position or slept badly. Time will tell & then I'll move the electric seats

Amazing how the engine from inside manages to sound to me like a V6!!!

However, I must try and remember that it might not have the same handling capabilities than PTMW! round certain favourite corners in the rain
