Ferrari Modena...fantastic !!!
#1
Today I was lucky enough to have driven behind this lovely red Modena for good a few set of lights. I had my windows down and experienced the most amazing noise coming from its quadruple exhausts system...the sound coming from that thing was incredible as it would have but a 747 to shame. The thing is, it wasn't even going through the gears and it already drowned out a double decker next to it. Really something special!!! Although my Fujitsubo isn't exactly silent the Modena made mine sound like a 1.6 Corolla (but at least deep down inside I knew I could have taken him anytime if I wanted )...Seriously it just sounded amazing!!!
Anyway I eventually passed the red beast and wanted to give the driver the thumbs up but he didn't want to lose any street cred by looking over...stuck up ****

There were two at Brands in nov, one of them must have had a full race zorst on as they sounded completley different, the standard one was sweet enough the full race one was ecstasy.

Wait till you hear a challange stradale 360 118 db(a) when in sports mode.............luverly..
There was one (the only one in the uk at the mo i believe) at donno last sunday. a stunning car.
i will have my pix back soon, There was also a 360 challange car there, apparently the 360 stradale has more power than the track car and the body is carbon fibre

Nice one diggy
Doesn't the Stradale have the carbon fibre rear wing?
I've decided I'm going to work my socks off and see if I can afford one in 2004 Watch this space!

This one didn't but they may be an option,
i know the owner of the one above though and can confirm it is 100% a challange Stradale.
he is competing in the UK ferrari challange next year in this....

My boss is thinking of getting a Stradale to replace his Modena...I'm trying to persuade him that it'll be a good idea (of course he'll have to take me for a spin to compare the two )

that's a lovely picture diggy and it look stunning in whiet but I'm not sure I'd personally have the hole in the passenger window but still I wouldn't buy anything other than red if I get the oportunity to buy one as it's always been Farrari red for me.
Bas, how long has your boss had his the Modena? I suppose it's like trading-up from a WRX to an STI? but if he's only had it for a few months, then he's got far too much money and you should ask for a pay rise

i know where you coming from about the sound, i pulled behind one nere st johns wood "on my c90 knowledge bike", and for some reason he reved it to near the red line, sent shivers down my spine, ticking over they sound smooth, and even reving a bit it was quite, then he opened it up and the change in sound from smooth thing to "yes i am a supercar" was amazing, when i get my green badge im getting one .
