Had one for about 18 months (a few years ago now - it was an '84/B). Truely wicked motor with an unbreakable (feeling) engine. Mine had a Koni suspension kit, so it handled like a go-kart too. Enjoy

Awesome car.

Had mine sideways sevaral times due to driving like a **** (was a few years ago now ), but each time managed to control it - testament to the car not my abilities btw.

Engine is a cracker and bombproof if looked after.

Enjoy it.

Sideways on demand too as I have found out, keep it at 5 - 6k rpm and it's fantastic...

Engine has had a 2k rebuild by RM Motorsport, bottom end rebuild using the best components, 1mm ovoverbore and ported head....

Throttle response my Cooper S can only dream of

Thumbs up

Cool car, had one of those a couple of years ago, put 205 yokohamas on it and drove like a loony. It rattled all sorts of supposedly faster cars due to the fantastic grip. no Gatso's in them days either(cue rose tinted spectacle moment) ahhh

Do a search for one of these on any online car selling website and you'll get 50 "wanted" adverts and no cars. Rocking horse **** is probably easier to find!

This car seems to be sought after everywhere. Ppl are restoring these cars in Japan. It is already a classic.

Remember to keep the original parts when u mod the car. A lot of the original parts are getting rare.

Fantastic- although I don't think it's the sort of car that suits a max power sticker. It's the driver I was talking about.

I was using the same moron logic you employed on your previous posts when you characterised Impreza drivers as baseball cap wearing idiots. Tosser.

Nice car though shame the owners such a twonk.

I'm sure he's not a tosser out in the real world- even if he is he seems to have pretty good taste in cars, apart from his irrational hatred of Subarus that is. I imagine it can be traced back to having his *** kicked on the road by one. Don't be sore just get a faster car

NACRO, far be it for me to stick up for Mick, but have you seen the spec on his CooperS? It would scare a few Scoobs in the real world I reckon.

Glad to see someone with taste Mick, I'll get mine fixed soon enough and join you on track

Yup, I have, it looks like it would give many cars a scare- I think he's got a bit of an inferiority complex though. Can't imagine why.

You've renewed my interest in the car so I will make a concerted effort to get it sorted in the new year.

I wasn't going to cage mine, but its tempting to keep the Sunny as a daily runner and keep the Corolla for track use only as your doing.

WOW,

rocking horse doo doo isn't the word - and it looks in good condition for its age

Now you just need to drop an S14 20DET Turbo lump into the front and you have yourself a fantastic drift/track car (not that it isn't already)
