R34 skyline question...
#1
Does anybody know whether the R34 GT-T/S (single turbo) shares exactly the same shell as the R34 GT-R??
Somebody told me that the gt-r track was wider, is this true?

No, the GT-R's body shell is tweaked for more rigidity.
I know the track is wider, but never looked at it in depth to find out what is different. But somebody else will know for sure, that is the great thing about ScoobyNet

thats what i thought..... the reason i ask is that i saw a R34 GT-S/t for 12k and thats the sort of money i want to spend on my next car which should be a Evo4/5 but ive always loved the skyline especially the R34 but the GTR is way out of my price and the single turbo looks very tempting!!!
Also do the single turbo r34 have a 2.5 engine and not a 2.6 engine like the twin turbos????

IMO, the R34 GT-T looks nothing like the GTR at all - the body certainly doesn't have the GTR's wide arches. I think it uses the 2.5 single-turbo engine, although this is still apparently very tuneable. I'm sure it's a great car, but it just doesn't look 'right' to me.
