I saw it do 187.7 mph at brunters a couple of years back.
Its always entertaining to watch Martin launch her. The revs rise, then all four light up and the hammers off and warp frickin nine.

Wheres it based?
Some reason im thinking Ireland.
mate kinda brought it to my attention this morning.
Went to traxx in an evo, and mentioned that a cossie pissed on every car from 150 + , then the mention of red and white livery made me think.
Little did he know he got arsed whooped by the country's fastest cossie

all I can say is LOL at 40 grand for the engine...It wasn't quite that much...
and the engine will be the billy bollox when done...
as I was watching it on the dyno I came to the conclusion that I didn't want to be the first out in the car with the new engine, as it will be scary...

super_si, obviously you've never been out in Martin's car...
tis scary with his small 330bhp engine in at the moment...
it was very scary with his old engine,
and it's gonna be very, very scary with his new engine...
but very, very ...

nah, it's not just the speed, it's the close proximity to other cars that worries most people, and gets him told of by the marshalls....'This is not racing you know, see them lotus's over there, well they have all been moaning that you get too close'...
The fact that he has brakes the size of a small country and the car handles very well as well, doesn't seem to bother them...but the marshalls usually get the same response 'Well it's not my fault they are driving slow cars, just tell them to move out of the way...'
Tis all good fun...
