Cool

David, your right, just round the corner from the Armouries. I know the guy has spent a bloody fortune on it. It even has a tunnel and elevated pit lane All karts are brand new as well. I'm going to the opening to take a load of pics. Basically turn right/left at the vauxhall garage (depending on which way you are coming up Hunslet road) take your first right, round the back of Braimes pressings and take the next right (where the big wall ends), up the rough road and it's round there. Give me a bell if you fancy coming down on the opening and I'll meet up with you

Might be a celeb or two as well, can't say more than that as one of them is still being contacted

I have nothing to do with them, the owner is a friend of one of the guys in my dept. I have been asked to go along to take some photos. Think so far we have two formula one drivers, two touring car drivers and possibly one musical celeb but that is still being chased up at the moment

Angry

There has been a f*ck up by the tarmac contractors so the owner has had to delay the opening until the saturday after (1st March) Can't go either as I'm already busy that weekend

they are having to re-shape bits of the track as some skilled drivers had a test last night/this morning and were actually taking off They said it was a blast but "average joe bloggs" wouldn't be able to handle it so it's being toned down just a touch Hopefully get some pics up here soon, I should have them this weekend
