The Gypsy Council?????
Illegal traveller sites: 'Decisive action' demanded
In this article which is basically Eric Pickles telling the councils of the UK to get off their ***** and deal with travellers swiftly and properly (they deal with nothing else in a competent way so why should they deal with travellers differently
) there is reference to 'the Gypsy Council'!!
I think I am going to declare myself in some minority and create a council for it as it seems to be the way things are done.
The 'Council of ex Scooby Owners' ... yes that'll do!!! Now to get myself in the News! I feel oppressed

Well this is the mess they left behind when they moved on to an industrial estate close to where I work a few weeks back.

The leader of the 'Gypsy Council' was on TV this morning claiming that most people get on well with gypsies and that there is little antagonism towards them. If he truly believes that then he needs to get out more. They are universally loathed in rural communities.
