Default ...I got my website sorted too...

It's done VIA Shopify, but every day I find something new to add and although it's been a steep learning curve for me, it's been VERY satisfying.

Sold items pics are naff, but I really wanted to show people I'm established and have already dealt in expensive items, besides giving them an idea of what else is "out there".

Comments appreciated.

Thought about that, but I need to keep everything mixed, due to many more of the same thing, than others. For example I could have 10 headcovers and only 1 pivot tool...?

I'd still go with categories. It helps people navigate the site.

How would I know that for a putter I need to click on page 4?

Plus it will help with Search Engine Optimisation.

That's true, but I hope the customer goes through, looking for something to buy, rather than exactly what they want. I hope it interests the customer into buying more than they initially wanted.

The old phrase is that there are two hopes, and one of those is Bob.

The general rule of on-line purchasing is that if you can't buy it in three clicks, you won't bother.

My suggestion would be that you have a page for drivers, and when that item is viewed/purchased, the site cross-sells or upsells,

That could be a case of the site giving a suggestion "people who bought x also bought y" or you go for "people who viewed x £99.99 actually purchased y at £139.99"

You can also tie your products in through Adwords advertising. It's ever so easy to do.

Haven't a clue, but I'll look into it, thanks.

Returns policy?
These need to be displayed clearly.
Nice one, thanks.

Looks nice, what I will say is:

Some of the text is very difficult to read on my screen (i.e. the About Us/Contact Us), the light-grey on dark grey, and the dark blue on dark grey are not that legible, so I'd suggest some higher contrast colours. The text colour on the Home page is good.

In terms of the actual layout/design, I think you need to concentrate the site on what the primary goal is. Is it to showcase the brand, or to sell items? If it's to sell items then having the items below the fold on the front page isn't a good idea and I'd move the items to be the main focus and get rid of the huge image. If it's to showcase the brand then I'd remove the items into a "Shop" section with a clearly defined menu structure.

I agree with the categories comments, I wouldn't look through pages entitled Page 1,2 etc to see if something caught my eye. I would want to go to the category of what I was looking for. I can see what you are trying to do by making people browse and maybe pick up items that they weren't there for, but I don't think the approach you have taken is the right one. Personally to get the customer interested in other products I would create a "Best Sellers" or "Hot Items" type of category on the main page which has a good selection of different item types.

Good idea's and I'll look into that too, thanks.

Terms of service, privacy policy and returns done. Got a number in there, with my address and showing that I accept Paypal at the moment, but not sure how I can get an email address to forward into my Yahoo email address?

Want a putter we have, but would prefer a different headcover? Not a problem. Message us, letting us know exactly what your after and we'll swap to suit them to suit you.
And for all you folk outside of the UK, not a problem! packages are regularly getting sent out of my homeland and we try to keep our postage prices as low as possible, keeping insurance to the exact value of the items.
