What on earth is this on top of this truck?

Can anyone shed some light on this?

A member from VXRO forums posted it and we haven't solved it. Apparently it's not a google maps vehicle but it must be some forum of GPS tracking?

There are defo 2 small GPS antennas on there.
Also looks like either 2 lasers or 2 cameras.
Plus the 2 really large pods.
I am going to go for 3D laser scanner.

P.S. Or "her indoors" patented X3 avoidance system - beware of bints in X3's with tints, whilst using reverse gear...

It's a picnic bench with two folding chairs, a little table in the middle and cameras to spy on people. The spies can sit, have their relaxing beer and spy on you at the same time while the driver drives them around. Very luxurious indeed, and looks great fun.
