i've already got a gamecube, but i'm bored and i've played all the games that are out.
is it worth goin out and buying an x-box today?? any game recommendations?

I am not a huge gamer myself but the house I am currently staying in has one... the guys here are fans of Halo... and I have played it a number of times and it is a good game.

I've got a 'cube and a 'box being a bit of a sad individual, and I'd say that at the new price get one.
Halo is great, DOA3 is very good as well, although if you play it for too long you might go blind.
Really looking forward to Moto-GP later this month and Colin Macrae this summer

Mike P...........you aint sad, coz ive got a xbox,ps2 and just bought a gamecube.
Ive got them all connected up to my tv at the same time, and my quite small bedroom looks like bloody Dixons!.
Cables and joypads all over the place, but i do like my games.
You cant beat sitting all alone for the whole weekend playing with yourself.......................................... .....oooeeeerrrrrr.
Thats not that sad.........is it?

I have an Xbox aswell. Very impressed.
Halo is amazing, if you like shoot em ups. Best fps for any console i have seen.
Just got championship manager (oh no i will lose my life playing that).
Abes oddworld is a good laff.
(buy one, u wont b disappointed)

halo is great - swaying trees, stand behind em and shoot and watch the leaf's fly!!!
Oddworld - superb and a great laff as above. Whats also good is with the sun shining and clouds in the sky they actually cast shadows on the ground in VERY realistic style!!!!
