Rubbish thread titles , please stop.
Whats with people putting vague titles on their threads ? 
I get the ones that maybe say "guess what i got today" or similar , but "not another one" ......"help please" ......... "problem" ........ are so vague i cant even be bothered opening them up !
Its ok on the laptop as you get the 1st line of the content , but on mobile its just a title.
ps these are just examples , there may or may not be threads with these titles.

I have fisted for 30 days, I do intermittent fisting as part of my diet regime for training. I am a very actively and healthy (I hope) individual.
Intermittent fist is a great way of controlling your intake, all I will say is don't eat crappy food and you will be fine.
I like to do partial fists for a few days, simply cutting out one or two meals.
Medically it has been proven to detox the body, why would medical institutes recommend fisting now (a practice from the east that has been going on for a long long time).
Truth of the matter is some folks are lazy, knowingly or unknowingly and that's fine, just don't get all judgemental on other people straight off the bat.
