When me and my wife lost our first baby She had one done as a reminder for us both, a gone but not forgotten kinda thing. for us it's a nice thing as it has meaning and not just a random drawing, It make me smile when she walks around naked I think they can look good if done tastefully.

I think one off delicate tattoo at the bottom of spine or elsewhere on the body can look good on people. The one in the opening post looks all right on the lady.
Some have one off meaningful tattoos on them, which is cool. Some one off arm bands look quite good on males with biceps. But IMO covering oneself with multiple tattoos is well over the top. Why hide reasonablely okay human skin behind the web of tattoos? I do understand that body art can work as an obsession to some people, and its all about personal choice etc. etc. etc. IMO Body art is cool, but it doesn't have to be permanent. Temporary patterns like Indian henna or transfers in moderation are okay.
I think David Beckham and Robbie Williams have ruined their looks to great extent by getting sucked into tattoos.
Just my opinion. No offence to anyone.

I've always been a fan of body art, whether piercings or tattoos. I went through my stage a few years back and every tattoo I've had was meaningful for a certain stage in my youthful life
As for piercings, I had 11 at one point and would set off every metal detector going Just have the one left now in previously mentioned 'tender spot'.
I'd like to design a piece in tribute for my son, but can't really justify it as he's healthy and well. More something for one you've lost perhaps? El capitano keeps asking me to design her a piece as she's currently a blank canvas as it were but gives me no idea of suggestions etc.
Tastefully done or whole hog for me, none of this small picked out a book generic stuff.

I remember seeing one on a French girl when me & some mates went to France to see the World Cup in 1988, she looked pretty hot.
Imho it simply depends on whether the female in question is hot or not rather than the tat itself ...
TX.
