An interesting one of which I 'think' I know the answer to

I have an enhanced CRB and electronic copies are on the server so as to send out to customers when they request them

However I now no longer work for that company and today they emailed my CRB to a customer as the customer has requested copies of crbs of the engineers doing the work

Legally should they really be sending out my crb now ?

I was always told by the crb bureau that by law I do not have to show my crb to anyone other than a headteacher or personel officer if working in a school and the MD of my employers

It does just so happen that I am the CRB administrator (or rather I was) for this company
