What TV stand/wall bracket do you have?
We are trying to come up with a solution for our tv and dvd player. Our 2 year old is intent on hauling the bloody thing off its stand and its only a matter of time.....
We only have a 32" LCD so its not the biggest, im thinking of a wall bracket for the TV and then an enclosed unit for the DVD player and soon to be Xbox360.
The only thing is cables running up to the TV, its going to look awful.
What do you folk have?
Looking for ideas, thanks in advance.
Oh, are these trust worthy? http://www.valuetvbrackets.co.uk/a~v...v-bracket.html

Are those Amazon ones really that good? I'm also on the lookout for one but as it's for my Panasonic 50" Plasma (£1600) I really need something I can rely on. I'm also in a quandary as to whether to get one with a tilt function, don't really need it to tilt but in the manual for the TV it suggests a ~7cm clearance at the back of the TV for air circulation / cooling. The non-tilting brackets seem to put the TV about 3cm from the wall, tilting is 6cm so nearer to the recommended. On the flip side what is the point of having a really thin TV and then mounting it so it sticks out miles from the wall. Does chuck out a fair bit of heat though.
Found this place from AVForums which seems to offer a good blend of value and quality? http://www.m-formonline.co.uk/

The Amazon one in that picture looks just about identical to one I was using for my old (and very heavy) Hitachi 32" plasma, before I moved. It did a great job for the 3 years it was installed, and still felt absolutely rock steady when the time came to take it down. Using a table-top stand now though, as the spare room layout's completely different at the new place.

i just use one of these from leconcepts.com, where i bought my tv
there are about 10 or 12 4 inch screws (each screw is good for 80kg load) holding it to a brick wall - not dry wall lol as it's 55kg
