Question Anyone know anything about this organisation?

http://www.hcacancercare.co.uk/Princess-Grace.aspx

Can't go into detail but I have a suspicion that a friend may be being scammed

If you look on Google Street then the building exists and looks like the photo on the website. More elaborate than the average scam.

Basically she has been told by an online "Friend" that his 10 year old son has been hit by a car and is in hospital but the bills are quite big.....

Wonder if the Police would be interested?

I doubt they would be interested tbh, just tell her to stop communicating with them it's clearly a scam.

The place looks legit but phone trading Standards and ask.

But I would not act on money request - that does sound dodgy. In any event the NHS would use the same doctors for free.

Yup, very good point re the NHS. Is the person English/British and if so surely the NHS is there for just this situation.

It looks to me like the place is legit but is randomly selected by the scammers. Why would a cancer care hospital be treating a young RTA victim? Scammers probably use a PO box which is nothing to do with the hospital.
