Not suggesting there are any on here of course *cough.

But im liking Boris's idea to take the idea used in Liverpool.

I agree to an extent. If the car is extreamly rare I think they should offer it for sale...

There are less then 300 cavalier turbos in the UK and a fantastic origonal example on the isle of man that a youngster purchased with a large sum of money. sadly he parked it in a council car park couldn't afford the tax, then the storage fee's and it was crushed.. Your talking at the time a £4k car that I would have paid £4k for if given the chance..

I would expect in such cases there may be some bad feeling going on out there from the old owners etc. Sadly its far easier to squash them.

But with councils so hard up these days it would be better to confiscate them and sell them on for profit, all proceeds goes into local councils pockets and back nto the community....hopefully!
