Default Sky+ HD

Been contemplating this for some time, and bouyed by some great offers via quidco, i have been severly tempted..

Only to find that due to a technical hitch with skys web site, it says i have an outstanding visit due, so cann ot order new equipment.

All of which is tosh, as i have no visit due, or fautly equipment...

Phone calls to and from Sky have failed to resolve the issue, but they are more than happy to do the upgrade over the phone.... which would negate any quidco saving...

Theve just phoned up, and offered me the equivalent saving via credit on the bill, + free delivery, as they cannot resolve the technical issue there end, and feel its unfair i should miss out
