Default Another sky+ question

Hi,
we are having sky+ installed tomorrow and just wanted to know a few things

1, will we get a whole new dish / lnb or will they just replace the lnb on our existing dish.

2, will they replace the existing cable for new cable or just run the second feed along side the existing one.

3, will they supply the optical cable or will we have to pay extra.

4, is the box around the same size as the digi box it will be replacing.

5, will our magic eye thingy still work with sky+ and will our old remote work.

looking forward to using the extra functions on sky+ but are a little worried about all the problems we keep reading about people having, are they really that un reliable?

thanks for looking and for any answers,

Questions 1 +2 I can't answer as I set my own up
3 - You have to get that yourself
4 - Depends on the size of your old digibox! but usually about the same size
5 - Dunno about the magic-eye thingy, but you will get an another remote with more functions on.

Sky+ is one of the best things I have bought and apart from freezing up now and again, I have had no trouble with it.

They should only replace the LNB with a quad-output LNB and run another cable alongside the existing one.We had it installed on thursday and it's great, just a shame there isn't anything on sky at the moment to record.
The magic eye should still work,as long as she isn't getting tired of going up and downstairs to switch the channels over
