Default nasal cones?

http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nk....c0.m270.l1313

Anyone tried them for stopping snoring?

And can anyone say if they can be bought in the UK, the shipping costs from the USA for two bits of silicone are stupid at £8 or so?

Not an endorsment of the british snoring website by any means but snoring has not a lot to do with the nose......

If there is a problem then it's the usual Dentist / GP / Sleep Clinic / CPAP route...

Maybe not, but I ALSO have a badly displaced septum, from having my nose broken three times, (playing footy, playing tennis doubles and fighting), and lying on my right side closes the left nostril, making me sleep with my mouth open, or try to hold it open with my left thumb, neither of which is good.

And before anyone asks, had the op for displaced septum, worst thing I've ever had, didn't work, won't go again
