Cleat help
Anybody know what might go on these , i cant remember the make of pedal and theres nothing writ on them - they came with the bike 1999
- iv long since ejected the shoes , but im going to need for a triathlon August
i saw something similar might be spd's ( i think the pedal is a cheap copy of something good)

Looks like those Wellgos I linked. If so , they are spd-compatible and use the sh51 cleat:
