Isn't Uganda the place where being gay is illegal and the newspapers publish alleged homosexual's addresses to encourage attacks.

Yes they are. Indeed one man was murdered not so long ago actually when the press published his address etc and encouraged readers to kill him.
Whilst even I had a laugh at the way the article was written (shocking I know
) it is awful that people are still living in fear of being killed because of something they have no control over.
Very sad and very worrying.
