I am sure there was a programme on the tv and a stupid american had sued a fridge freezer or cooker company because he had damaged his back whilst weight lifting it and it didnt tell him not to on the instructions!

There was also the one where the american camper van driver switched on the cruise control and then got in the back to make a cup of tea

That American sued for millions though did'nt he? It was quite a famous case and brought about stating the obvious! The salesman did'nt tell him that when he uses cruise control he must remain at the wheel!

Humanity is doomed due to this sort of ****e. With the worlds population levels the way they are, frankly the herd could do with being thinned out a little. If that means that those too stupid to live their lives without a serious of bleeding fecking obvious warnings, instructions, railing, barriers and padding everywhere kill themselves in stupid accidents, then so be it.
IMO all this sort of thing should be abolished and Darwin left to sort out the survivors from the numpties.

Yes, Eugenics aside we are promoting the inclusion of those that would otherwise not make it into the Gene pool, I should keep quiet as that probably includes me, I love Silica Gel, its great, expensive though, weight for weight dearer than Heroin but you get a free Plasma telly, so its not all bad.

i can't understand the 'may' part. if there only possibly nuts doens't that make them incorrectly labelled as a 'bag of nut's' and therfore make it misleading?
