To cut a long story short,,,,,,,i got two replacement phones sent to my work address via Parcel Force and sent the old one's back with them at the same time.The wife then had a phone call and a snotty email from Vodafone on Friday saying that they recieved the boxes with no handsets in and the plastic bag hadn't been tampered with so it was down to us.At £500 a piece i wasn't best pleased so got my boss to check the cctv and you can see me put both phones in the boxes. The driver then left and stood at the back of his van with both doors around him for over three minutes,,,,,,,,,,i wonder who took them?????

Vodafone have told us that it was our responsibility to make sure that the plastic envolope was sealed(according to there terms & conditions,which we knew **** all about)Our reply was 'we don't give a **** about your terms & conditions',we'll get the police in.Now they are getting back to us if they need to.
