Default Best website for Blu-rays?

I used Movietyme quite a bit when I bought HD-DVDs but have just checked out that their prices are completely laughable now as are nearly every other retailer for media!

Any good sites for bargains left? looking to buy Alien Anthology on Blu-ray but as it seems to be going for £38 on most sites which i think is just too steep for something i'll watch once.

Rent it from blockbusters if you only plan to watch it once, makes more sense to rent it.

I just buy from Amazon. Arrive next day usually and theres really only a couple of quid in it.

Going to get Alien Anothology and Predators for £71. Works out at about £10 a film.

A few friends use play.com and they seem to have no probs, this is just under £38 so not the cheapest out there, but close.

I check prices with Find-DVD, then see if there's any point in Quidco, or any better prices found on HotUKDeals. Collectors sets like this plummet in price 2-3 months after release when the enthusiasts have all dried up and sales start struggling, so play the waiting game to get the best price. Band of Brothers US R1 DVD (with DTS) was over £60 when released, I bought it for £10. I got The Matrix 10 disc box set for £9 too, and the last Alien 9 DVD Quadrilogy for about £10. Similarly I always waited until after Xmas when each LOTR 4 disc set was released to get them at £10 each instead of £35.

Another thing worth considering is that when the two Ridley Scott prequels come out there will be another anthology, then they will come out again in 4K and 3D for the next tech in about 5 years time
