the 'magic' one in the above pic have a clear 'nipple' on them whereas yours dont.

There are many different shrooms that will give you a trip. The ones you have posted could quite easily be hallucinogenic, but the one posted by dave247 is the most common, the liberty cap.

Very very few are deadly, and as you said, the worst you will have is a dose of the squits which ain't that bad, unless you happen to be tripping at the time.
