Looked like he slipped to me with no intention of actually jumping initially.
9 secs in looks like a taser to me. Which could be a reaction to him moving..... or the cause of him moving. Second look, looks like a 2 handed weapon, so possibly a beanbag round

Given that you can die from falling over or off a pushbike I would say its more than high enough.
Looks like he was alive when taken from the scene.

What and tazers arent used with both hands? Anyway looks like smoke from the barrel so wouldnt be Tazer.

Taser ok its not a single handed, but a single handled weapon. Poor choice of words from me.
Weapon appears to be 2 handled.
I agree the amount of amount of smoke would suggest not a taser, but was sure they did give off a little as the projectile was launched.

Looks like there was a rope he tried to scale down, also noticed he was still holding the murder weapon, bizarre !!

The "rope" looks like high power taser lines - thats what it looks like to me anyway. Your bog standard taser is not something you would use in this situation so they look to have used the much bigger taser that they have over there.

The guy "shooting" looks to be using a Mossberg 500. I would suspect thats beanbag rounds looking at the footage.
