Can't remember if it was the first XBOX 360 or PS3 but there was some group that was first in the queue to get one, along with all the other fanboys who'd being queuing for days, and there sole mission was to smash it up on the pavement if front of all the queuing geeks. As soon as they got it the rushed outside and did the deed, all being filmed for YouTube of course. The look on the people in the queue's faces and their cries of horror was ******* hilarious

Good blend I thought, although cheated a bit with the backing off.
Some of the older ones are better where the blender lets go before the blend is complete

There was also a similar thing for the iPad. A group of rich kids spent mummy and daddies money to buy iPads and proceeded to smash them as soon as they got them out of the store. Typical show of behaviour from these types.
As for the OP, I found it rather amusing, I did wonder at first wether they had a bigger blender jug, built specially for the iPad, which would have been rather funny.
I've got a link to the vid on my desktop at work and when the iPads are playing up I show it to them and point out if they don't behave, then I'll feed them to the blender in the kitchen. It seems to work

I think the smash-ups on youtube is a retaliation for all the inane "unboxing" vids people keep putting up on there.
I mean, what is more fun? A video of guy taking a new ipad/iphone/PS3/PSP/Xbox out of its box and talking inane drivel or someone sticking it in a blender?
